I don't think there's a lot of places here in the US that we can bargain at lol XD In China, I really don't know how to bargain, so my cousin helps me =P

But there was this really big sale in one store, where clothes have been marked down like 2 times already... and I really liked this dress but it was quite badly damaged in one area.. (but i knew how to fix it, except i'd have to pay for the materials to fix it).. so I ended up getting 30 or 40 % off.. i don't really remember.. == but I do think it's reasonable to bargain if something is damaged or if you know that they are obviously overcharging you.. ~

im not good with bargaining and most of the places i shop at are like retail stores that rent bargainable. but my mom loves to bargain when she gets a chance to. i think shes pretty good at it too
