Yes, people can be addicted to shopping if they dont control what they want to buy. So i generally have to be careful do i dont over-extend myself.

I was like that too. it seem like too much time on hands, even if i didn't have any time on hands, i would just make time. It is just so fun to see what new stuff they have. But you should get a job that way you get $$$. Plus, I have stop going shopping in a while. sometimes it gets tiring. you just have to control yourself. I don't spend that much $$. I just mostly window shop and if it's on sale then I think if i really do need it or not.

i think ppl can always make a "routine/habit" out of everything...so yes, shopping can be "addicting."

My ex gf is addicted to shopping... Well she spend about 80% of her paycheck every month shopping

I have the same problem but I'm that addicted to shop 3 times a week. Clothes and shoes section is my favorite place when I'm at the mall. I recently bought a Polo shirt and a cute sneakers to change my fashion style this coming year 2009.

I don't go every weekend, but when it comes to big sales like Black Friday and after Xmas sales, I tend to go to the mall every chance I get. Mostly, I'll spend on Clothes for myself and my bf (when he's not shopping with me, otherwise, he'll just say "put it back"). LOL

i think its especially fun shopping by yourself so you dont have to wait for anyone, and take your time looking.
