Please be sure to follow all rules to avoid infractions or account suspensions.

1) SPAMMING IS NOT ALLOWED, NOR TOLERATED in this forum. Each post must require at least three (3) words. If not, a member of the forum staff will send a PM (private message) to you about the situation. If you continue to spam, an infraction will be given out to you. Furthermore, additional spamming from you will result in your account being suspended, and this may include having your IP Banned.

Generalization:

• multiple posting (back-to-back) will not be tolerated and will immediately be deleted or merged (depending on the situation).
• posts with less than three words will be deleted (this also applies to threads with downloadable content). Examples of replies that could also be deleted: "thanks thanks thanks" (repeating words - stop being so lazy!) or "ty 4 dis" (complete words please!).
• posts that contain more than three words but are off topic, does not make sense, cannot be understood, show signs of spamming, etc. could also be deleted without warning. (eg. "i don't know so okay", "but why he do that?", "lol very gud 4 that news", etc. -- depends on the situation, topic and/or question on-hand).
• posts that contain more than three words but shows no sign of effort, thought, detail, expression, etc. (very simplistic/simplified posts, very basic and short conversations) could also be deleted without warning. (eg. "oh really, cuz i think so too", "hehe, i support him maybe forever", "i think i like that one more", etc. -- depends on the situation, topic and/or question on-hand).
• for threads with downloadable content, you must follow any instructions given by the uploader/poster or else your post will be deleted.
• for whatever you may be replying with, you must include atleast a word of thanks when replying to threads with content being shared or else your post will be deleted (this also applies to threads with instructions given by the uploader/poster). Basically, anything that shows your message of appreciation towards the content provider for their hard work.
• being lazy, in terms of how you post, is also NOT ACCEPTED. Stop copying and pasting the same message and posting it over and over and over! Please have the decency to post appropriately and accordingly (this also applies to when you copy and paste a message posted by another member - that is, referring to the very noticeable messages). Basically, NO POSTING THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER. Have the decency to change up your messages here and there.

Please note: Considering that we go through posts and delete the ones that are regarded to as being useless on a regular basis, please be made aware that your post count and credit amount could very well be decreasing through the process. With that, sometimes your post count may be lower than the required amount for Member status, meaning in return, you'll be turned back into Newbie status. That is, until you further increase your post count, then the system will automatically set you back to being a Member. Stay safe by not spamming and by making sure that you understand all of the rules!

If you have more than the required amount of posts for the member usergroup (purple colour), but you're still in the newbie usergroup (black colour) or inactive usergroup (gray colour), please wait for the system/server to refresh your user status. It could take up to 24 hours or more.

2) ADVERTISING IN THIS FORUM IS NOT ALLOWED, unless it is posted in the appropriate section or with permission given. Please contact BluAzn for advertising related items and subjects. ALSO, INAPPROPRIATE SUBJECT MATTER AND CONTENT IS NOT ALLOWED. Any links containing Adult, Violent, Drugs or Warez content will be immediately removed, along with your account being terminated, plus your IP address being banned from our servers. Simply put, no pornography, no warez.

3) Sometimes, an argument will occur and members will start harassing each other. We do not tolerate flaming, cursing, cussing, member harassment, etc. Please do not flame or bash other members. If you cannot solve the problem or contain the situation, please request for help from a forum administrator (View Forum Leaders).

4) Your signature must only contain one (1) picture or is limited to only three (3) text links.

Summary:

• the image must not be bigger than 400x150 pixels
• the image must not contain any other site/forum names (any forms of advertising without permission)
• maximum of three (3) text links
• no referral links in your signature (again, no advertising without permission)
• dynamic images using server technology are not allowed (on the other hand, animated GIF's are different and are allowed)
• you may not resell your signature for money or using A4E credits

5) If you take/get news, text or content from another site, please credit them accordingly. Please source and credit the original.

6) It is FORBIDDEN to post our media/content links on other sites/forums. If we find that you are taking our links to other sites/forums, you will have your account suspended, along with your IP address being banned from our servers. Whatever is in A4E stays in A4E, unless given full permission for release.

7) If you are unsure how to work your way through our forums, please visit our FAQ, which is updated on a regular basis. Alternatively, you are always welcomed to PM (private message) our forum staff for help (View Forum Leaders).

8) Please note that inactive users (5 to 7 days) can be, at any time, downgraded/demoted back to the Newbie rank. In order for your account to be re-activated again, you'll need to post 3 to 4 additional replies. This only applies to users with less than 50 posts (could also range to as high as 100 posts). These measures are put into place to prevent users from stealing and leeching our media links/files. Please also note that this rule is more so targeted at the users who constantly download and do not participate within the forums.

9) Abusing the credit system can get your account suspended or permanently banned. With a virtual credit system being installed, anyone found abusing it will be penalized. Things our staff look out for, but are not limited to, includes credit overcharging, multiple accounts (sending/donating credits back to one main account), spamming for credits, and more.

10) Please don't quote posts with a large amount of content. That is, don't quote posts with a lot of text or a lot of pictures. It would make the page that you're viewing longer, and it could also increase the page-load time. Any posts found based on this criteria will either be edited or deleted.

11) Keep all of your posts in the correct and proper sections. Meaning, keep all of your requests in the request section, downloads in the download section, discussions in the discussion section, questions in the question section, etc. In general, giving your message of thanks should, in most cases, take place in the download and/or question sections. Whereas, discussions shouldn't take place in the download section. On the other hand, thanks and/or requests shouldn't be seen in the discussion section. It's a place for chatting between forum members and not as your source of acquiring files. Also, the Shoutbox (up at the very top) is not a search engine/function. As well, requests shouldn't be made in the Shoutbox. Any such posts or shouts will be removed accordingly.
