a question about WAYN?

I have just received an invitation from someone to join WAYN. (www.wayn.com)
I could see from the last name he used for me that this really is someone I have met years ago in Asia. When I search a bit for WAYN I get the feeling that is an okay networking site for travellers, but when I want to make an account the last question is to give them my login pasword for my yahoo account, so I can see who else of my yahoo friends is on WAYN. Well, this is worrying me, I am not gonna give anyone my yahoo password.
So... anyone here has experience with WAYN? What happens if you do give your password, is it connected with yahoo or is it just a f*ck-up?
Well actually I think I have the answer myself. Giving someone my email password stinks, so I am definitely NOT gonna do that. It is asking for biiiiig trouble I think.
Anyway, I still continue with this question.. do any of you have experiences with WAYN?

I'm gonna try it now but i guess when you give your address and password it's in order to send invitations to all your yahoo contacts
