How do i make a bebo skin with animations?

can someone please tell me how to add animated pictures and icons to my bebo skin without them losing animation??? thankx so much!!

I been making skins for bebo now for 3 months. The best thing to use is Macromedia Flash. You can amke and insert moving animations and export them as GIFs. If you use a program such as Photoshop then export or save the file as a GIF (Moving animation) and not a JPG (non moving)
