How do I stop a person over riding a ban on my myspace group I run?

I run a myspace group and have banned a person from posting in the group, but somehow they are still working around the ban and posting in the group. What are they doing that allows them to post after being banned? They seem to have found a loop in myspace so they can over ride bans from myspace groups.
