Windows XP SP3
Windows® XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) includes all previously released updates for the operating system. This update also includes a small number of new functionalities, which do not significantly change customers’ experience with the operating system. This white paper summarizes what is new in Windows XP SP3.
Besides from preventing me from using other themes other than Luna or Windows Classic, I did not see any evident change from SP2.

Download SP3 for XP, OS does seem to have a little improvement with speed but not by much. Just a fair warning for users who has HP computers with AMD cpu might have an issue because dued to the image HP used with their AMD CPU. If you want to read more about this issue do a google search for this, its been out for awhile now.

Not really, more or less the same.
The last time I checked out the Overview of Windows XP Service Pack 3 PDF, it was mostly stuff about security.

Use Windows Update to install Service Pack 3 just about less then 70 MB to install rather then 300+ MB.
It is useless to download the full version if you need to install 100 computers or just to download for dial up users and slipstream
