i do situps and pressups every morning.its been about more than a year since i started because i want a six pack  even though i get all swety when doing it but afterwards it is worth it. so who else does these excerises and how many?

when you say press up's do you mean pushps?
i used to do around 60 situps a day and around 40 pushup''s just before going to sleep

^ Yeah, press ups and push ups are the same thing
I don't do them everyday, but in a week, at least 4-5 times.
I usually do them before I sleep.

I use to do push ups and situps at home but now that i goto the gym i dont do push ups i use the weight lifting equipment they have at the gym.

i could do 100 push-ups when i was still young, coz i was really light
back in the day...back in the day...

i can do alot of sit ups, i havent counted because i loose count at 50. push ups though i'm not too good at. only around 10 good ones, then if i slack on the next ones i can do about 30 more
