Free Running
What do you think? Doesn't it look fun? I wouldn't do it myself cuz I'm scared of falling and getting injured.

we started a free running group. some of my friends and i. we held like two practices and kind of put it to the side. we're pretty pathetic right now. i can jump over railing fine in the free running way... i guess..
we also worked on climbing up walls. several people were successful. i wasn't with them that practice though.
it seems really fun though and i would LOVE to learn how to free run like the pros.

Hey guys, newbie here so no offence. Free running is fun but I prefer parkour and no, you wouldn't hurt yourself if you know what you are doing. But, if you want to try to do parkour or free running, do more body-weight exercises.
