* As New kept in immaculate condition.
* Very Light scratches on the back which is expected of all ipods, you won't even notice them when you have the case on.
* Has the latest firmware
* Can be kept as it is or can be formatted on request
* Works perfectly. Has never crashed or broken.
* The Ipod and the case both come in original boxes
