I have my xbox 360 on its side, sometimes when i turn it on, only the top-right quadrant isn't flashing red?

I've had my xbox since the end of may this year, I have never had this problem before until this week. Sometimes my xbox wont turn on. I have my xbox lying down, (not vertical) and the upper-right quadrant which is ment to be green is the only one not flashing red. Why is this???

Happen to me before, i unplugged everything then plug them back, make sure they plug in real good.
