how do i convince my parents to let me get xbox live??

i want to paly halo 2 with xbox live with my friend but my parents wont let me pay monthly fees for games so how o i convince them?

Well tell your parents its only $50 a year so its not really a monthly charge if you buy it all at once instead of 3 month cards

yes! get the one year membership, save up $50 then go to store buy the card they probably don't even know.
