Youtube video uploading?

Okay, so I was trying to upload this video last night..for like 3 hrs. Then my computer disconnected(dial-up). It got finished 44%.
Is there any way I can make it start and pick up 44 again?
Refreshing the page doesn't work.

I don't think so , u will get it from 44% ,,, u need to start over.. Next when you upload your video do not change the Video Category, let it be People & Blogs ... sometime this can also make u wait longer..
