youtube and movie maker help???

ok so for i have asked 2 similar questions about this, and i still dont understand what to do! i have a video on youtube that i want to save to my comp somewho and then open it in movie maker so i can edit it. all i need to do is edit 1 min of it out and put taht 1 min up back on youtube. this is the video link
