uhm, you know how you watch videos on youtube?
okay, well where do you get the code or whatever so you can post it on your myspace or what not ?

That is where

The URL is for when you want someone to click on it to see it
Embed is to put it on myspace, facebook etc. You just copy the code and put it where you want it to be. for myspace you go to edit profile and then you put it in any of the boxes. you can also put videos in comments, bulletins, but not messages/

Well, if the video you are watching isn't yours, and the embed code isn't right next to the video, then it means that the director decided that they didn't want other people to post it on other places. Usually they do this in order for people to not claim their work for their own.

It is on the right hand side of the video, and should say "EMBED:" next to it.

well... it starts in "<embed>" and ends with "</embed>"
