Youtube to Ipod convertor help?

I used to use some website where you stuck the Youtube url in, and after a few seconds it gave you a file to download that was the video in the proper format for Ipods. But when I tried to use the website today, it said the Youtube part of it didn't work anymore. Are there any other sites like that? I don't want to download a program if I can avoid that.
