What is a website verry similar to youtube?

OK i need to find a website that has basically the same type of stuff youtue has. Everytime i go to watch a youtube video it goes for like 3 seconds then stops and i know that you have to wait for the red bar to fill up but it does this everytime. And sometimes when I go to watch a video it goes straight to the end and I never get to watch the videos. I'v tried restarting ym computer and refreshing the page but nothing is working. So if you know of any other sites please let me know Thanx!

Are you using internet explorer 6 or 7? Try to download and install Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
and open youtube in Mozilla, let's see what will happen.
