Can you help me fix this- Youtube Videos.?

Okay for some reason, over the last week or so (i think), when I am watching youtube videos, black areas have these grey lines in them, usually very small. Here's a picture. It's really, REALLY beginning to annoy me. They're appearing everywhere! black hats, black and white videos....RRRG

anyone know why this is or how I can fix it?
